Good Lord, what is the White House trying to do with the role of the Treasury Secretary?

This smacks of opportunism as an attempt to consolidate power into the executive branch.  The bail-out package from the White House scares me in its blatant lack of accountability and oversight.  From the Huffington Post,  “32 words that none dare utter”:

How do you counter the short-sided, absurd phenomena that is “Drill, baby drill”?

Frame it as the scandal it is.  Re-define the “Drill Baby, Drill” the phenomena that is has become.  Use ThinkProgress.org’s phrasing ”Drill Baby, Drill Scandal”.  Call it “Sex, Drugs, Oil”.  It doesn’t matter (though please avoid using anything with the ‘gate’ suffix.  It’s terribly uncreative and overused).
