Update: Saving the Arts in Indianapolis

INside Indiana Business tells us that the now, Ballard’s 2009 budget will see only a 35% reduction in funds, as opposed to losing its entire budget as previously indicated.  Thanks for listening Mayor Ballard, please follow through!

Mayor Ballard looks for easy answers in privatizing his call center
